The world as we knew it no longer exists. Therefore, we continually adapt to the new normal by remaining vigilant and optimistic about the prospect of a breakthrough in finding a vaccine. Researchers worldwide are developing more than 165 vaccines against the virus, with 27 in human trials.

It is undoubtedly worth keeping the reality in place now. This article provides a comprehensive overview of current developments. Vaccines typically require years of research and testing before reaching the clinic, but scientists are racing to produce a safe and effective vaccine by next year or by mid-2021, about 12-18 months after the virus first emerged. The COVID-19 pandemic has infected more than 15 million people and killed over 630,000 people globally.


In the meantime, we have little choice but to deal with it, as it is here to stay for a while before it can be eradicated.
