“America was not built on fear. America was built on courage, imagination, and an unbeatable determination to do the job at hand.” - Harry Truman.

It was 19 years ago today that the 9/11 terror attacks occurred, claiming the lives of nearly 3,000 people in New York City, Pennsylvania, and at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Americans are commemorating this day with tributes that coronavirus precautions have altered. In the middle of the pandemic and as the country prepares to choose a leader to pave the way forward, it's vital that we pause for a minute, reflect, do a simple kindness, and remember.

“If we learn nothing else from this tragedy, we learn that life is short and there is no time for hate.” - Sandy Dahl, wife of Flight 93 pilot Jason Dahl.
