Berry Banana Bliss Smoothie

Inspired by the mantra - 'use what you have in the fridge', this smoothie is packed with nutrients, fiber, and healthy fats, making it a great option for breakfast or a snack!


Ingredients:


  • 3 tablespoons Greek whole milk yogurt

  • 2 dates, pitted

  • 1 banana

  • A handful of fresh blackberries (frozen works too)

  • A handful of chopped walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • A splash of water (to reach your preferred consistency)

  • A small amount of crushed ice (optional, for extra chill)


Instructions:


In a blender, blend the yogurt, chia seeds, dates, banana, blackberries, and walnuts. Add a little water, and if you like your smoothie cold, include some crushed ice.


Blend on high until smooth. You can add more water to make it thinner.
